Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to become a member of Network @ 5 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “Member”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying, as they outline important details regarding membership eligibility, payment obligations, cancellation policies, and more. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with your application.

1. Membership Eligibility and Application Process

1.1 Application and Approval

  • Membership in Network @ 5 is granted through an application process. Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Membership is subject to our approval based on criteria set by Network @ 5, which may be updated from time to time.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

  • By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification or, if already approved, termination of membership without refund.

1.3 Right to Decline

  • Network @ 5 reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Membership Plans and Payments

2.1 Subscription Model

  • Network @ 5 operates on a yearly subscription model.

  • Upon approval of your application, you agree to pay the full annual subscription fee as invoiced or otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal, as outlined and confirmed during the membership approval process.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.

2.3 Auto-Renewal and Notifications

  • Your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of your initial approval date, unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

  • You will be notified of any changes to membership fees or terms at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

2.4 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Applicability: If you are a new member and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 90 days from your initial membership start date.

  • Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@networkatfive.com. The request should include your name, membership details, and reason for the refund.

  • Conditions:

    • The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time memberships and not to renewals or subsequent subscription periods.

    • Refunds under this guarantee will be processed within 30 days of approval of your request.

    • After 90 days from the start of your membership, no refunds will be issued.

2.5 Non-Refundable Payments (Outside the 90-Day Guarantee)

  • Except as provided in Section 2.4 above, all payments are non-refundable, including if a membership is canceled or terminated mid-term.

2.6 Price Changes

  • Network @ 5 reserves the right to adjust subscription fees. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

  • If you do not agree to the updated price, you must cancel your membership before the next billing cycle. Continuing your membership after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Voluntary Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership by providing at least 7 days’ written notice prior to your renewal date.

  • All cancellation requests must be made by contacting info@networkatfive.com.

  • Unique permission for cancellations outside the 7-day window may be granted at the sole discretion of Network @ 5.

3.2 Termination by Network @ 5

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership for any violation of these Terms, abusive behavior towards other members or staff, or other conduct deemed inappropriate.

  • In the event of termination under this section, no refunds will be issued.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • By applying for membership, you acknowledge and agree that Network @ 5 will collect and store your personal information for the purposes of evaluating your application and, if approved, for providing membership services.

4.2 Data Security and Confidentiality

  • We are committed to safeguarding your personal data. Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Member Conduct
You agree not to:

  1. Use the Network @ 5 platform or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  2. Share, distribute, or copy proprietary content from Network @ 5 without our express written permission.

  3. Misrepresent yourself or your affiliations in any way that could harm Network @ 5 or its members.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Content

  • All content provided by Network @ 5, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and logos, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

6.2 License to Use Member Content

  • By uploading or sharing any content within the Network @ 5 platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of our service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Guarantees

  • Network @ 5 does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from your membership or use of our services.

7.2 Service Interruptions

  • We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid during the current subscription year.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

8.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.2 Arbitration
